I created LIMITS OF COMFORT as a project of expeditions and exploration in extreme environments.
Through journeys, harsh conditions and real experiences, I document stories of human endurance, adaptation and survival.

Because only when we leave the familiar behind do we finally begin to see clearly who we truly are.

900 kilometers on foot.
A long journey marked by extended periods of isolation.
Everest Base Camp, 5,364 m.
High altitude, exposure to extreme cold, limited oxygen.
100 kilometers of trekking through the desert.
Extreme conditions, dehydration, sandstorms.
The journey supported the Charity Water and provided access to clean water for communities in need.
In March 2027, together with Ioannis Beis, we will attempt the first Greek winter crossing of frozen Lake Baikal, covering 700 kilometres on foot to support families affected by natural disasters, in partnership with Humanity Greece. Humanity Greece.
