AMAZON EXPEDITION — THE LOST WORLD

Guyana Jungle, 2026

Five days of solo survival deep in the Amazon jungle. Isolation. Minimal tools. No support.

The LIMITS OF COMFORT project It takes me into one of the most isolated and hostile environments on Earth, where human presence is rare and the forest operates by its own rules.

Dense vegetation, extreme humidity and ever-present wildlife create constant pressure and heightened risk.

Every day demands securing water, food and shelter in an environment that offers nothing freely.

Survival depends solely on endurance, adaptability and skill, within a landscape that is wild, unpredictable and unforgiving.

IN THE JUNGLE OF GUYANA

The expedition takes place in Guyana, within one of the wildest and most remote regions of the Amazon. A country where vast areas remain covered by pristine tropical rainforest and human presence is extremely limited.

The region is home to large predators and one of the planet’s most intact wildlife ecosystems. Anacondas, caimans, jaguars, electric eels, along with countless insects and fish, create an environment of constant threat.

Guyana is considered one of the last truly wild places on Earth. A frontier where nature leaves no room for mistakes.

THE ISOLATION PHASE

The expedition unfolds deep within the jungle.

The constant noise of insects and animals never stops. The scene doesn’t change, the same green pattern forming an impenetrable wall. The mind is bombarded and deprived of stimulation at the same time, leading to confusion and perceptual fatigue.

After the first 48–72 hours of isolation, the psychological pressure intensifies. The absence of human contact and constant vigilance can trigger auditory or visual hallucinations.

The sensation of being constantly watched intensifies anxiety as time begins to blur. Concentration fades and eventually the body starts to break down.

In this environment, the human being is tested to the limit.

THE RULES

The expedition is carried out under the following restrictions.

  • Solo: No human contact throughout the entire isolation period.
